Personal interest versus the right to privacy

With an address investigation the question of a justified interest is initially key. Briefly explained: the investigation of a debtor who has disappeared without known destination, or an obligation to pay maintenance who evades his responsibility by flight, legitimises an address investigation by our detectives in Bielefeld.
